Overview
Hola Prime is a Hong Kong firm selling forex and CFD challenges on MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker, plus a futures challenge on Tradovate, NinjaTrader and WealthCharts. Its pitch is speed: payout requests are processed within an hour. It suits swing traders who want to hold through news and weekends on a Prime account.
How the evaluation works
1-Step Prime: one 10% target, a 3% daily loss limit and a 6% static maximum loss, with 2 trading days minimum.
2-Step Prime: 8% then 5%, with a 5% daily and 10% static limit (4% and 8% on $200K), and 3 trading days per phase.
2-Step Pro: the same targets and limits with 1:100 leverage instead of 1:50, and 2 trading days per phase.
Futures 1-Step Prime: a 6% target with no daily limit and a 4% drawdown (3% from $100K) that trails your end-of-day balance until you're up by that amount.
Rules worth knowing
Prime accounts allow news trading and weekend holding in both stages. Pro accounts allow them during the challenge but not once funded. On funded forex accounts, no trade idea may risk more than 2% of the starting balance, and a stop loss is mandatory. EAs are a paid add-on on MT5 only. Copy trading only works between your own Hola Prime accounts. The futures challenge is a monthly subscription, bars overnight and weekend holds, and has a 40% consistency rule.
Getting paid
Forex accounts default to 80% every 14 days. You can switch at checkout to on-demand payouts at 80% with a 40% consistency rule, or monthly at 95%. Futures accounts pay 90% weekly. The forex challenge fee is refunded once you pass. Payouts go by bank wire, crypto or Rise, with a 2.5% processing fee.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Hola Prime scores well with reviewers, 4.5 on Trustpilot from about 3,900 reviews and 4.3 on Prop Firm Match from about 160, and its fast payouts are the reason most often given. There is a caveat on the Trustpilot number: in March 2025 Trustpilot removed around 1,300 reviews from the page for breaching its guidelines, after press reports noted reviews dated before the firm existed. The score has been rebuilt since then. The firm invites customers to review and replies to nearly every negative one.
What traders like
Very fast payouts. This is the standout theme on Trustpilot, Prop Firm Match and Reddit, with many traders saying money arrived within the hour and some within minutes.
Responsive support. Reviewers often say support answers in minutes and is easy to deal with.
Platform choice. Several traders like having cTrader, DX Futures and other platforms, and some run bots there.
Clear rules. Many positive reviews say the rules were easy to understand from the start.
Common complaints
Strict rule enforcement. Some reviewers on Forex Peace Army and Myfxbook say accounts were breached under the 2% risk-per-trade rule or flagged for excess risk, sometimes on a winning trade.
Accounts closed at payout time. A few say their account was disabled when they asked for a payout, with the firm citing margin use or trading style.
Passed but not paid. A handful of Reddit posts from 2025 and 2026 describe passing a challenge without receiving a payout, and one says stops get hit around the market open.
Verification problems. One Forex Peace Army thread says identity documents not in English were refused.
