Overview

Blueberry Funded is the prop trading arm of the Blueberry group, set up in 2024 alongside the Blueberry Markets brokerage. It contracts traders through a company in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and runs forex, indices, commodities and crypto on MT5 or TradeLocker. Its main product, Prime, suits traders who want a two-phase challenge with few rules beyond the drawdown.

How the evaluation works

  • Prime Challenge: 8% then 6%, with a 4% daily loss and a 10% static drawdown. There's no consistency rule, no lot size limit and no per-trade risk cap. From $37 for $2,500.

  • Flex 1-Step: a 12% target with a 3% daily loss and a 12% static drawdown that counts floating losses. From $105 for $5K.

  • Instant Lite: no evaluation. A funded account with a 2% daily loss and a 4% drawdown that trails until it locks.

There's no time limit on any of them. Prime needs 3 active trading days per reward cycle, and a day only counts if you close at least 0.5% in profit.

Rules worth knowing

You can't open a trade within 2 minutes either side of a high-impact release, though closing trades is always fine. On Flex 1-Step, no single trade idea can sit more than 1% of the account in open loss. The first time it happens the trade is closed, and the second time fails the account. Flex also bans weekend holding. Hedging and copying from third-party accounts are banned on every plan.

Getting paid

Prime pays 80% and Flex 1-Step pays 85%. The first reward comes 14 days after your first funded trade, then every 14 days. Rewards go through Rise, or as USDC or USDT for amounts up to $2,000.

What traders say

Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.

Blueberry Funded draws a split crowd. It scores 4.1 on Prop Firm Match from about 625 verified traders, most of whom talk about tight spreads and smooth payouts. Trustpilot is more mixed: in August 2026 a review site found the page showed no TrustScore, with about 1,700 reviews split between a big five-star group and a big one-star group. Most low reviews are about accounts closed or payouts refused close to payday.

What traders like

  • Tight spreads, gold in particular. This comes up again and again on Prop Firm Match, often tied to the firm's backing from the Blueberry Markets broker.

  • Payouts that arrive. Plenty of reviewers on Prop Firm Match, Trustpilot and Reddit say they have taken more than one payout without trouble.

  • Support and a clear help centre. Reviewers often mention quick replies and rules that are laid out in one place.

Common complaints

  • Accounts closed before a payout. The biggest theme on Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army and Reddit: traders say profitable accounts were breached under vague labels, such as an error code, toxic trading or a link to another customer, shortly before they were due to be paid.

  • Disputes that drag. Several reviewers say support gave stock answers once a dispute began, though at least one Prop Firm Match reviewer says three accounts were reinstated after escalation.

  • Gaps and spikes. Some say a stop filled far past its level over a weekend gap or a rollover spike, and that no execution report was offered.

  • Rules that are easy to trip over. A few mention the martingale and news trading rules.

Recently

  • August 2026: a Forex Peace Army review dated 23 August describes an account deactivated in June before a payout, and a review site noted Trustpilot was showing no TrustScore.

  • September 2026: the firm has been replying to breach complaints on Prop Firm Match, saying each decision is checked against its published rules.
