Overview

Audacity Capital has run trader programs since 2012 and keeps a UK office in London. You trade forex, metals, indices, energies and crypto on MT5 or DXtrade, and US residents can join through DXtrade. It suits traders who want static loss limits, no consistency rule and freedom to trade the news.

How the evaluation works

  • Ability Challenge (2 steps): a 10% target with a 7.5% daily and 15% overall limit in the first phase. The Verification phase then asks for 5% with a 5% daily and 10% overall limit, and those limits carry over to the live account. Each phase needs four trading days.

  • Ability One (1 step): a 10% target, a 3% daily limit and a 6% overall limit, with a three-day minimum.

  • FTP (Instant Funding): no evaluation. It has a 5% daily and 10% static overall limit, and you need 10% profit and five trading days before the first withdrawal.

None of the programs has a time limit.

Rules worth knowing

News trading and weekend holding are allowed on every program. EAs and copy trading are allowed on the Ability Challenge. Ability One only accepts EAs you built yourself, with no HFT, and copying only between your own accounts. Breached accounts can't be reset, so a broken rule means buying a new evaluation.

Getting paid

The site quotes a profit share of up to 90% on the evaluation routes and up to 80% on FTP. The first payout comes 14 days after your first live trade, then every two weeks. The evaluation fee is refunded with your first qualifying payout. Payout methods are only listed inside the trader dashboard.

What traders say

Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.

Audacity Capital has a modest review footprint for a firm that has been around since 2012. It sits at 4.1 on Prop Firm Match from about 100 reviews and shows a 4-star rating on Trustpilot from a small pool of around 70 reviews on its current page. That Trustpilot pool is small for a reason: in March 2025 Trustpilot removed more than 1,500 reviews from the firm's profile as fake, which the firm disputes. Treat the scores as a rough signal.

What traders like

  • Longevity. Many reviewers say the firm's long operating history is why they picked it.

  • Execution and spreads. Several Prop Firm Match reviewers mention stable execution, low slippage and tight spreads, and like the static drawdown and lack of a consistency rule.

  • Responsive support. Support gets frequent praise on Trustpilot, Prop Firm Match, Myfxbook and Feefo, with some reviewers naming individual staff.

  • No time limit. A few traders like having no deadline to hit the profit target.

Common complaints

  • Payout denials. Several reviewers on Reddit and Prop Firm Match say a payout was refused after they passed or after it was approved, usually over a rule the firm says they broke.

  • Strategy rules found late. Some say the restrictions on tick scalping, hedging, martingale and trading near news were stricter than the homepage suggested.

  • Fills past the stop. A few Trustpilot reviewers say gold trades closed beyond their stop loss and caused a breach.

  • Low split. Reddit threads point to a profit share that starts lower than most competitors.

  • Promo codes. One recent Trustpilot reviewer says an advertised code did not apply at checkout.

Recently

No dated reviews from the last 90 days stand out in the evidence. The Prop Firm Match page as seen in early October 2026 includes a complaint about an approved $1,500 payout on an Instant Funding account later being rejected, with the firm replying and asking for evidence.
