Overview
Atmos Funded is a Cyprus-registered prop firm backed by the broker Taurex. Challenges run on MT5 and cover forex, metals, indices and crypto. Each program comes in a Standard tier and a cheaper Plus tier, so it suits traders who want to choose between a classic 10% target and a lower target with tighter limits.
How the evaluation works
1-Step Standard: a 10% target, a 3% daily loss and a 6% overall drawdown that trails equity until it reaches the starting balance, then locks once you take a payout.
1-Step Plus: a 6% target, no daily limit and a 3% trailing drawdown that resets with each payout. You pay an activation fee of $65 to $125 after passing.
2-Step Standard: 10% then 5%, with a 5% daily and 10% overall loss on a static floor.
2-Step Plus: 6% in each phase, with a 3% daily and 6% static overall loss.
Instant Funding: no evaluation, a 3% daily loss and a 5% trailing drawdown.
Every challenge needs at least three trading days.
Rules worth knowing
No time limit to pass, but 90 days without trading can close a challenge.
You can't open or close a trade within two minutes either side of a high-impact news event.
Funded 1-Step Plus accounts have a 45% consistency rule, and instant accounts have 20%.
EAs are fine, but commercial EAs and latency tricks aren't. Hedging is allowed inside one account, never across accounts.
Overnight and weekend holding are allowed everywhere.
Getting paid
The split starts at 80% and can reach 90% through scaling or an add-on. Payouts come every 14 days with a $100 minimum, and 2-Step Plus lets you take the first one on demand. Atmos pays by bank wire or crypto, or you can move the money into a Taurex live account for a 10% deposit bonus.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Atmos Funded is a young firm, launched by the broker Taurex in late 2024, and its review record is still small and split. It sits at 3.7 on Trustpilot from about 340 reviews and 4.7 on Prop Firm Match from 46 verified reviews. The Trustpilot score has slipped from around 4.0 in the spring, and the low reviews that pulled it down are mostly about payouts that were refused after a review of the account.
What traders like
Clear rules. Reviewers on Prop Firm Match often say the rules were plain from the start and held no surprises.
Responsive support. Several reviewers say support answered quickly and sorted out their problem.
A cheap way in. The low-cost Nova challenge comes up often as an easy entry point, and a few traders mention being given a fresh funded account after a breach.
Broker backing. Some traders say the link to Taurex makes the firm feel more secure than an unbacked prop firm, and a few praise the raw spreads.
Common complaints
Payouts refused after a risk review. Several reviewers on Trustpilot and Forex Peace Army say their first or a larger withdrawal led to an interview, sometimes with an AI, followed by a closed account or a refund of the fee in place of the payout.
Execution. Some reviewers say stops and pending orders filled well away from their price, or that losses ran past a limit as a result.
Silence during disputes. A few say emails went unanswered once a payout was in question.
Limited track record. Reddit posters note there is little independent feedback yet and suggest waiting.
Recently
