Overview
Hantec Markets is a CFD and forex broker that grew out of the Hong Kong based Hantec Group and has run its UK arm since 2009. It suits newer traders who want a small first deposit and MetaTrader, plus anyone curious about copy trading. Hantec Markets Limited is regulated by the FCA in London, there's an ASIC entity in Australia, and most international clients are onboarded through the FSC-regulated company in Mauritius. A Jordan entity also exists.
Accounts and costs
There are three main accounts. Global is spread-only with zero commission on select assets, Pro pairs tighter spreads from around 0.1 pips with a small commission, and Cent lets you trade in tiny sizes. You can start with as little as $10. Leverage runs up to 1:500, but the cap depends on which entity holds your account, so the entity you sign up with matters more than the account name. Overnight swaps apply.
Platforms and markets
You get MT4 and MT5 for Expert Advisors and custom indicators, plus Hantec WebTrader and the Hantec Mobile app, both with TradingView charts built in. Hantec Social is the copy trading side, where you follow signal providers without a service fee. The range covers over 2,650 CFDs: forex majors, minors and exotics, indices, metals, energy, stocks, ETFs, crypto and pairs trades on two related instruments. There are no guaranteed stops.
Money in and out
Bank transfer and cards work everywhere, with local options such as AllPay and KPay in some regions. Hantec doesn't charge for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider might. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with and can arrive in as little as five minutes, usually within a day.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Hantec Markets has a very high score on Trustpilot and a much rougher time on Forex Peace Army. Trustpilot shows it at 5 stars from about 5,600 reviews, a pool that has grown quickly over the past year. Forex Peace Army has two pages, one for the main brand and one for Hantec Markets Australia, with no score in the evidence collected, and Myfxbook has a small set of older reviews. Many of the harshest complaints concern Hantec Trader, the group's prop trading arm, rather than the brokerage itself.
What traders like
Support staff. A large share of Trustpilot reviews are short five-star notes thanking named support agents for clear, quick help.
Deposits and withdrawals. Many Trustpilot and Myfxbook reviewers say money moves in and out quickly with no trouble.
Regulation and pricing. Reviewers on Trustpilot and Reddit point to the FCA licence and the wider group's regulation, and say the fees match what the website shows.
Common complaints
Hantec Trader payouts. Several Forex Peace Army reviewers say their funded accounts were closed or refunded after a first payout request, and describe the review as a way to avoid paying winners. BrokerChooser also names payout disputes around Hantec Trader as the biggest complaint it found.
Withdrawal problems. A few reviewers on Forex Peace Army and FastBull describe slow withdrawals, cancelled requests or card refunds that were refused.
Payment fees. One Forex Peace Army reviewer says a Neteller withdrawal cost about 4.5% in passed-on fees.
Platform lag. Some say the platform lags in fast markets and support did not fix it.
